Incorporated in 1948, the Town of MacGregor is situated along the four-lane Trans-Canada highway approximately 121 km west of Winnipeg and 92 km east of Brandon.  The community is currently home to a population of approximately 900 people.  MacGregor, "the heart of the Keystone province," is proud of its heritage.  European settlement of the area dates back to 1881.
